The graduate trainees will take part in the Company’s trainee program. The participants will be involved in a program designed to give the trainees exposure to various functions of the business
while participating in challenging work assignments. The participants will gain experience in a variety of operational settings which allows them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to be future managers.


  • Rotate through major business functions for on-the-job training
  •  Go through a customized training curriculum in specific business, management and personal development areas
  •  Receive executive coaching from a management executive for ongoing professional and personal career guidance
  • Demonstrate his/her potential and capability by undertaking various projects and delivering regular presentations/recommendations to the management


Skills, Competencies, Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Horticulture, Floriculture or Agriculture (Second Class Honours (Upper Division)
  • Any professional certification is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the standard office applications;
