The human resource manager will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. He/ She will maintain and enhance the Company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.



  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management intiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  • Development  of policies and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organisation
  • Identifies and consult legal counsel requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • Manage the recruitment  and selection process to fill vacant positions
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance culture
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations to nurture a  positive working environment
  • Ensures employee Security, safety, welfare, wellness and health at work place
  • Management of Compensation & benefits administration

Skills, Competencies, Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Bachelor of Commerce (HR option)
  • Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • IHRM Membership (a must)
  • Good knowledge of labour laws
  • HRMIS proficiency
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 3-5 Years experience experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Person of high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Self-driven and with a lot of personal initiative
