Dümmen Orange organized their Open House in Colombia welcoming more visitors compared to last years. At our trial site at Flores Silvestres, El Carmen, Antioquia growers from Colombia, USA, Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Holland and Israel got a nice product presentation of many of our cut chrysanthemum varieties.
Dümmen Orange present at Festival der Flora in Munich
As proud sponsor of FleuraMetz’ Festival der Flora in Munich, Dümmen Orange displayed a nice range of colourful products to the visitors . During the event, over 400 florists from the region got inspiration on different products and concepts.
Visitors of the event got to see top designers like Björn Kroner-Salié, Stephan Triebe, Nadine Weckardt and Stephan Winze creating magnificent pieces of flower art. A wide range of Dümmen Orange genetics from different growers have been used for designers to work with. Roses, pot chrysanthemum, begonia, kalanchoe, chrysanthemum, anthurium, orchids, calla and others where shown at the venue and used in concepts. Special attention in the assortment for power brands like Avalanche+, Pina Colada and Calandiva.
Nice addition to this event for Dümmen Orange was the cooperation with FleuraMetz on marketing data. The products will be highlighted in their web shop and the designs will be used to promote the different varieties. Based on the sales results an evaluation will be conducted to see the effect of this promotion tool.
